CrimeCon 2026 Meet & Greet Policy

Please note the following guidelines to help ensure a smooth and fair experience for all attendees:

- Arrive Early: Speakers may not stay for the full allotted time if they are able to complete the line early. We strongly encourage you to arrive at the start of the listed Meet & Greet time to maximize your opportunity.

- No Place Holding: Attendees who wish to participate in a Meet & Greet must be physically present in line themselves. In the interest of fairness, our staff cannot permit holding places in line for others.

- Capacity Limits: Staff may cut off Meet & Greet lines early if the number of attendees exceeds what the speaker can realistically accommodate during the allotted time. This helps avoid unnecessary waiting and allows attendees to enjoy other sessions.

- Standby Lines: Some Meet & Greets may have a standby line, which does not guarantee access to the speaker. Entry from standby is dependent on available time and the pace of the primary line.

- Fast Pass Access: Diamond VIPs may access the Fast Pass lane with their Diamond badge (unlimited use). Platinum VIPs must present a Fast Pass tag (available at Registration or in the Platinum Lounge) and are limited to seven (7) uses, each marked on the tag.

- Accessibility: We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all attendees. If you require any special accommodations, please contact our staff in advance at [email protected] or visit the Accessibility Desk onsite. We’ll do our best to ensure your needs are met.
