For more than a decade, she has followed the case in real time, tracking its shifts, mapping its players, and translating a sprawling, often obscured investigation into something legible. Since 2018, she has also co-hosted the weekly true crime podcast The First Degree alongside her co-host and best friend, Jac Vanek.
