Jenn Benjamins is a retired Sergeant from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department with over 22 years of experience in patrol, investigations, and undercover operations, including Vice, Narcotics, and Organized Crime. In a traditionally male-dominated space, she defied expectations by not only excelling in female undercover roles but also working alongside and earning her place among her male counterparts in high-risk assignments. She has worked extensively with federal partners and supervised specialized units, later serving as Director of Peer Support with a focus on officer wellness and resilience.
Today, Jenn is the founder of Covert Blue LLC, a law enforcement training company dedicated to developing skills in undercover operations, investigations, supervision of specialized units, and officer wellness. She is also the creator of the Women’s Undercover & Investigations Training (WUIT), a national program designed to equip women in law enforcement with the tools, confidence, and support to succeed in undercover and investigative roles.
Jenn is a national and international speaker, presenting at conferences across the country and abroad. Her mission is to elevate the profession through real-world experience, relationship-driven training, and a commitment to preparing the next generation of law enforcement professionals, especially women, for success in the most challenging assignments.
