Laura was Juror #4 from the Lori Vallow Daybell trial. Laura lives with her husband, two boys, and dog in Ada County Idaho.
Laura graduated with an accounting degree from the University of Nevada, Reno, and practiced public accounting for a short time thereafter in Reno. Laura moved to Portland, Oregon in 2004 where she later met her husband. Laura and her family relocated to Idaho in October 2021. In January of 2022 Laura left her career in public accounting to be a stay-at-home mom, volunteering at school and enjoying a slower-paced life. Then, in March 2023 she received a summons for jury duty, which turned out to be for the high-profile trial. The trial lasted approximately six weeks with a verdict of guilty on all charges given May 12, 2023.
